"I have made a number of footpaths which take me through various habitats and ecosystems around our home. Due to the lack of predators, the population of coastal black-tailed deer is very high. Although deer sightings are commonplace, they always give our hearts a little lilt of joy. This is particularly true when they are bathed in beautiful 'back light,' my favorite kind of lighting."
